Let's Explore
Coastal Kiddos is an outdoor education and recreation program that uses games, activities, and hands-on lessons to teach children about nature. Each session takes place in a new location, covering San Diego’s diverse ecosystems—from beaches to chaparral.
We focus on nature awareness, safety, and exploration, teaching kids how to observe and engage with the world around them while staying safe outdoors. Activities include bird language, tide pool exploration, plant and animal identification, and nature-based games.
Parents receive a weekly wrap-up with photos to stay connected to their child’s learning journey.
